Your service post can be rejected for different reasons. Most services are rejected for not meeting our standard guidelines in our terms and conditions. This article will break down each rejection message from our review board and how to resolve it.
Rejection Issue : Your Service title is too long
Solution : Your service title should be short and precise. It should clearly state your service purpose and action. All the info about your service , must move to the description section on your post.
Rejection Issue : Your Service title includes phone numbers
Solution : Remove the phone number. Exchange of phone numbers are not permitted on the 15ghana platform. Contact numbers are prohibited in services as we aim to protect our buyers from fraud issues. Read more on our terms of service page.To protect our users' privacy, user identities are kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of 15ghana in order to circumvent or abuse the 15ghana messaging system or 15ghana platform is not permitted.

Rejection Issue : Your Service Photo/Image does not represent the service you're selling.
Solution : Change Service Image to fit exactly you're selling. Uploading images that do not reflect your service title or description will not be approved.
