Featured service is an additional, optional way by which service providers/sellers can make their services stand out to prospective Buyers. For a small fee, featured services will have higher visibility across the site for 5 days.
How to feature your Services
If you already posted a service on the site you can feature it from the View My Services section of your Selling page.
1. Simply login and click on the down arrow by your username
2. Click on “Selling”
3. Select “My Services”
4. Click on the down arrow icon under the “Actions” section
5. Select “Make Service Featured”
6. You will be prompted to pay to Feature your Service and you can use money from your 15ghana wallet, mobile money or card.
Benefits of Featured Services
When you feature your services, it will appear at the top of the listings
· In one of the three dedicated Featured Service positions at the very top of the default listings page that all Buyers first come to. Note: because these positions are limited, your Service will appear there only while it is one of the three latest Services to be featured in that category.
· In one of the three dedicated Featured Services positions at the top of the listings when a Buyer performs a keyword search, if your Service is one of the three most relevant Featured Services for that search term.
Make your Service stand out
Whenever your Service appears in the listings to Buyers it will appear in a highlighted section, and with a special ribbon displayed over the image in both the search results and on the Service detail page itself.
· Featuring a service improves your chances of being promoted across the 15ghana site homepage. The services displayed in these promotion slots are selected from the very best services, and the Featured Services are checked first. Featuring your Service doesn't guarantee it will be patronized however it does increase your chances.
Note, if you choose to re-feature your Services again before the end of the 5th day, the 5 day feature period starts again, it is not added on to the end of the original feature period.
